摘要
山西晋煤集团坪上煤业有限公司由于奥灰突水的影响,目前矿井开采3号煤层属于带压开采,矿方通过突水公式计算出了其最大突水系数为0.040 MPa/m,虽小于临界突水系数,但在断裂构造附近存在发生突水的可能。为了保障2302工作面的安全生产,坪上煤业应用FLAC 3D软件就工作面与断层之间的关系,对应力集中程度与塑形破坏程度进行了模拟研究,在此基础上,矿方制定了防隔水煤柱留设方案及基本参数等防治水措施,开采过程中也没有出现异常突水等情况,对2302工作面高效安全的生产起到了良好的作用。
Due to the influence of Ordovician limestone water inrush in Pingshang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,at present,the mining of No.3 coal seam belongs to mining under pressure.The mine side calculated the maximum water inrush coefficient as 0.040 MPa/m through the water inrush formula,which is less than the critical water inrush coefficient,but there is the possibility of water inrush near the fault structure.In order to ensure the safety production of 2302 working face,Pingshang Coal Industry applied FLAC 3D software and simulated the relationship between working face and fault,stress concentration and plastic damage degree.On this basis,the mine formulated the water prevention and water prevention measures such as retaining scheme and basic parameters of water proof coal pillar.There was no abnormal water inrush in the mining process,which played a good role in the efficient and safe production of 2302 working face.
