浅析飞灰粒度与气化炉长周期运行的关系 被引量:2

摘要 针对废锅激冷流程的壳牌气化炉废锅积灰严重,影响工艺流程稳定长周期运行的问题,本文分析了飞灰组成及粒度对废锅积灰的影响,阐明了最优工况飞灰粒度控制的宽度,剖析了影响飞灰粒度的原因,进而找到控制飞灰粒度的方法,最后给出控制气化炉废锅积灰的方法。 According to the problem of serious ash deposition in Shell gasifier with waste boiler-cooling process,which affects the stable and long-term operation of the process flow,this paper analyzes the influence of fly ash composition and particle size on ash deposition in waste boiler,clarifies the width of fly ash particle size control under optimal working condition,analyzes the reasons affecting fly ash particle size,and then finds out the method to control fly ash size,finally gives the method to control ash deposition in waste boiler of gasifier.
