针对焦炉煤气杂质聚集影响输配系统组件正常运行的问题,开展了焦炉煤气杂质聚集对输配系统的影响及解决办法的研究。介绍了常见的焦炉煤气杂质及其属性,分析了焦炉煤气杂质聚集对输配系统的影响,提出了改进焦炉煤气质量的解决办法。应用结果表明,解决办法降低了输配系统管网故障率,节约了维修费用,减小维修人员成本费投入,提高了输配系统管网工作的可靠性。

Aiming at the problem that the impurity accumulation of coke oven gas affects the normal operation of transmission and distribution system components,the influence of impurity accumulation of coke oven gas on the transmission and distribution system and the solutions are studied.This paper introduces the common impurities and their properties of coke oven gas,analyzes the influence of impurity accumulation of coke oven gas on the transmission and distribution system,and puts forward solutions to improve the quality of coke oven gas.The application results show that the solution reduces the failure rate of the transmission and distribution system pipe network,saves the maintenance cost,reduces the maintenance personnel cost investment,and improves the reliability of the transmission and distribution system pipe network work.
