摘要
在掘进过程中,煤层的透气性受地应力影响会越来越差,煤层瓦斯的含量也会逐渐增高,瓦斯的压力增大,治理难度提升,造成施工过程中出现塌孔、夹钻等问题,并会最终演变为瓦斯外涌、瓦斯爆炸等灾害事故,对矿井作业人员的人身安全造成极大的威胁。瓦斯突出矿井一般具有煤质松软、透气性低等特征,针对高突煤层的地质特性以及技术特点展开研究,结合松软高突煤层的瓦斯抽采难题,提出技术优化建议,旨在提高高突煤层的瓦斯抽采效果,并且提升矿井作业人员的人身安全保障性。
In the process of tunneling,the permeability of coal seam will become worse and worse under the influence of in-situ stress,and the content of gas in coal seam will gradually increase,the pressure of gas will increase,and the difficulty of treatment will be improved,which will cause problems such as hole collapse and drill clamping in the construction process,and eventually evolve into gas gushing,gas explosion and other disasters and accidents,which pose a great threat to the personal safety of mine operators.Gas outburst mine generally has the characteristics of soft coal and low permeability.Based on the geological characteristics and technical characteristics of high outburst coal seam,combined with the problems of gas drainage in soft and high outburst coal seam,this paper puts forward technical optimization suggestions,aiming to improve the gas drainage effect of high outburst coal seam and enhance the personal safety of mine operators.
