摘要
某企业中使用的冶金工业废水处理工艺方案在实践中存在一些问题,导致出水中铬元素含量高于工业废水排放标准。对传统废水处理工艺暴露出的问题进行了分析,主要问题表现在二级还原池中氧化还原电位值设置过低,控制系统不完善,中和剂类型不合适,PAM药剂投放过晚。针对以上问题进行了优化改进,并将其应用到了工业实践中,经过测试后发现取得了很好的效果。
There are some problems in the process plan of metallurgical industrial wastewater treatment used in an enterprise,which leads to the chromium content in the effluent higher than the industrial wastewater discharge standard.The problems exposed in the traditional wastewater treatment process were analyzed.The main problems were that the redox potential value was set too low in the secondary reduction tank,the control system was not perfect,the neutralizing agent type was not suitable,and PAM agent was put in too late.In view of the above problems,optimization and improvement are carried out,and applied to industrial practice.After testing,it is found that good results have been achieved.
