摘要
氢燃料电池具有高运行效率、高安全系数和高稳定性的特点,对其关键材料的各项性能指标有很高的要求。本文通过对比研究的方法,从氢燃料电池关键材料的性能要求、技术发展和国内外相关重点企业的三个维度进行研究,分析我国氢燃料电池关键材料发展现状及存在的问题。研究表明,我国相关产业的关键核心技术成熟度低,对国外技术与产品依赖度高,严重滞后于美国、日本、欧盟等发达国家和地区。为保证相关领域产业链的安全和关键技术自主可控,本文建议政府和企业提前做好资金、政策和人才布局,健全产业链,实现关键核心材料国产化,保障我国氢燃料电池产业快速健康发展。
The performance of key materials for hydrogen fuel cells is highly demanding.The method of comparative study was used in this study.The three dimensions of performance requirements,technology development and related key enterprises at home and abroad have been compared and studied for key materials of hydrogen fuel cells.Finally,the development status and existing problems of key materials for hydrogen fuel cells in China are analyzed in detail.Research shows that the key core technologies of related industries in China have low maturity and high dependence on foreign technology and products.China s related industries are seriously lagging behind developed countries and regions such as the United States,Japan and the European Union.A series of recommendations have been put forward to ensure the safety of the industrial chain in related fields and the controllability of key technologies.This study suggests that the government and enterprises should do a good job of capital,policy and talent layout in advance,improve the industrial chain,realize the localization of key core materials,and ensure the rapid and healthy development of China s hydrogen fuel cell industry.
