摘要
四川氟碳铈矿是我国重要的轻稀土矿产,其富含铈、镧、钕、镨等用量广泛的轻稀土元素。目前我国稀土永磁的消费量占稀土材料的用量最大,而氧化钕则是生产稀土永磁的重要原材料。本工作采用面向工艺过程的生命周期分析方法,结合实际工艺,研究计算了氧化钕从四川氟碳铈矿采矿、选矿、冶炼分离到碳沉煅烧过程的生命周期清单,结合我国本土的稀土资源耗竭特征化因子,进一步评价了氧化钕生命周期过程的环境负荷,辨识出环境损害热点,并剖析出处,为氧化钕生产过程的清洁生产提供理论参考。
Bastnaesite of Sichuan province is a kind of significant light rare earth ore in China,which contains cerium,lanthanum,neodymium,praseodymium elements.The maximum consumption amounts in rare earth materials filed are rare earth permenant magnets,and neodymium oxide is the main raw material for rare earth permenant magnets production.In this paper,life cycle inventory of neodymium oxide was completed based on the life cycle assessment method for technique process,system boundary included mining,beneficiation,smelting and separation,oxidizing roast,combined with Chinese rare earth resource depletion factors calculated,life cycle assessment for neodymium oxide was researched.Furthermore,the environment impact hotspot and source was identified,it will provide a theoretical reference for cleaner production of neodymium oxide.
