摘要
与其他金属结构材料相比,镁锂合金密度最低,在汽车、航空航天、卫星和军事等工程应用领域具有强的应用潜力。然而,低的耐蚀性限制了镁锂合金的工程应用。本文综述了近年来关于镁锂合金腐蚀防护的研究进展,总结了不同镁锂合金的表面防护处理方法,主要包括镁锂合金化学转化、阳极氧化、化学镀及有机涂层等防护方法。最后,对镁锂合金表面防护研究的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Mg-Li alloy has strong application potential in such engineering application fields as automobiles,aerospace,satellites and military due to its lowest density compared with other metal structural materials.While,the low corrosion resistance limits its application in engineering.This paper includes the overview on the research progress of Mg-Li alloys corrosion protection in recent years,describing the surface protection met-hods of different Mg-Li alloys,mainly including chemical conversion,anodic oxidation,chemical plating and organic coating.Finally,we seek the research development direction of Mg-Li alloy surface protection in the future.
