摘要
深熔TIG焊接方法(Deep penetration TIG welding,DP-TIG焊)是一种新型TIG焊接方法。该方法具有单道焊接熔深大、焊接速度快、熔敷速率高等优点。试验针对不同板厚的不锈钢板材,采用合适的焊接工艺参数,研究不同焊接热输入量对焊缝组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:焊缝的组织为奥氏体基体上分布有少量树枝状铁素体。焊缝的低温冲击韧性随着焊接热输入量的增大而下降,但焊缝区的低温冲击韧性优于热影响区的低温冲击韧性。焊缝的抗拉强度和硬度随焊接热输入量的增大变化不明显。
Deep penetration TIG welding(DP-TIG welding)is a new type of TIG welding.The welding method has the advantages of large welding depth,high welding speed and high deposition rate.The effects of different welding heat input on the microstructure and mechanical properties of stainless steel plates with different thickness were studied by using appropriate welding parameters.The results show that there is a small amount of dendritic ferrite on the austenitic matrix.The low temperature impact toughness of the weld decreases with the increase of welding heat input,but the low temperature impact toughness of the weld zone is better than that of the heat affected zont.The tensile strength and hardness of welds do not change obviously with the increase of welding heat input.
