摘要 使用MD-40KA中频逆变式点焊机对1.5 mm等厚5083铝合金和Q235低碳钢电阻点焊工艺进行研究。通过控制变量的方法研究焊接电流、通电时间、电极压力对力学性能的影响,确定焊接参数范围,接着进行正交试验优化焊接工艺参数,并对焊接接头进行力学性能检测验证。结果表明:焊接电流、通电时间、电极压力分别为11.5 kA、350 ms、0.22 MPa时可获得力学性能优异的焊接接头,其拉剪力可达4.7 kN。 The MD-40KA intermediate frequency inverter spot welding machine was used to study the resistance spot welding technology of 5083 aluminum alloy and Q235 low carbon steel with thickness of 1.5 mm.The method of controlling variables was used to study the effects of welding current,energization time and electrode pressure on mechanical properties to determine the range of welding parameters,and then orthogonal test was used to optimize the welding process parameters,meanwhile the mechanical properties of the welded joints were inspected.The results show that:when the welding current,energization time and electrode pressure are 11.5 kA,350 ms and 0.22 MPa,welded joints with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained and the tensile shear force can reach 4.7 kN.
