金堂县肢体残疾患者社区康复服务利用现状及影响因素调查

Investigation on the Utilization Status and Relative Risk Factors of Community-based Rehabilitation Services of Physically Disabled People in Jintang County

目的调查肢体残疾患者对社区康复服务的利用情况,分析可能影响社区康复服务利用的因素,为社区实际工作提出指导意见。方法2019-06/10采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取四川省金堂县5个乡镇的所有肢体残疾患者作为样本,通过现场入户面对面问卷调查,获得237份有效问卷。应用SPSS 17.0软件进行卡方检验,等级资料采用非参数Mann Whitney U检验,通过Logistic回归探讨社区康复利用率的影响因素。结果金堂县被调查的237例肢体残疾患者近一年利用基础康复服务77例(32.49%),利用治疗与训练康复服务49例(20.67%),利用教育与职业康复服务41例(17.30%),利用社会功能康复服务32例(13.50%),总利用率为35.44%。Logistic回归分析结果表明,高中以上文化水平、家庭月人均收入高,居住在镇中心、享有社会救助、残疾程度低均是社区康复服务的利用的有利因素。结论针对肢体残疾患者对社区康复服务利用的影响因素,应通过加大偏远农村康复资源投入、对低收入者经济援助等措施提高肢体残疾患者社区康复服务利用率。

Objective To investigate the utilization status of community-based rehabilitation services of the physically disabled patients in Jintang county,and to analyze the risk factors that may affect the utilization of community-based rehabilitation services,and to provide basis for practical work.Methods In 06/10-2019,the random cluster sampling method was used,all patients with physical disability from 5 townships of Jintang county,Sichuan province were selected.A total of 237 valid questionnaires were obtained through on-site questionnaire survey.EpiData3.1 software package was used to establish the database and SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The counting data were expressed by rate(%),and chi-square test was used,and the grading data were tested by non-parametric Mann Whitney U test.The influence of relevant factors on the utilization rate of rehabilitation services was analyzed by Logistic regression.Results In the past year,77(32.49%)of 237 investigated patients with physical disability in Jintang county used basic rehabilitation services,49(20.67%)used treatment and training rehabilitation services,41(17.30%)used education and vocational rehabilitation services,32(13.50%)used social function rehabilitation services,and the total utilization rate was 35.44%.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the education level was higher than senior highschool and above,monthly family income was higher,living in the county centre,social assistance and lower disability level were all beneficial factors for the utilization of community-based rehabilitation services.Conclusion We should improve the situation through economic assistance,and increasing the input of rehabilitation resources in rural areas in Jintang county,according to the independent risk factors for the utilization of community rehabilitation services for patients with physical disabilities.
