摘要
广西某镍矿含镍0.84%,由于矿石中含有大量的易浮含镁硅酸盐脉石矿物,严重影响镍精矿的生产指标。针对该矿石性质进行选矿试验研究,通过大量的易浮含镁硅酸盐脉石矿物抑制剂的试验对比,成功开发出易浮含镁硅酸盐脉石矿物的抑制剂SAM,镍矿物的浮选试验取得良好了效果,试验室闭路浮选试验的指标为:镍精矿镍回收率为78.18%,精矿品位为7.57%。将研究结果应用于生产获得的选矿指标为:镍精矿镍回收率为78.28%,镍精矿含镍为7.76%。
One nickel ore in Guangxi bearing with 0.84%nickel;the production target of nickel concentration is severely impacted due to a lot of easy-to-float magnesium silicate gangue mineral contains in the ore.The inhibitor SAM for easy-to-float magnesium silicate gangue mineral is developed successfully through lots of comparative tests and ore dressing test study on base of ore property;Good results have been obtained in flotation tests of nickel ore,the targets of lab closed circuit flotation test are:the nickel recovery rate of nickel concentration is 78.18%,the concentrate grade is 7.57%.The beneficiation targets obtained from the application of study results on production:the nickel recovery rate of nickel concentration is 78.28%,the nickel content in nickel concentration is 7.76%.
