Development and Application on Low Cost Production Technology of Titanium Materials

钛及钛合金因具有比强度高、耐腐蚀、生物相容性好等优点,被广泛作为结构材料和特种材料使用,但是钛材的价格明显高于同类型的其它材料,为了进一步扩大钛材的应用,概述了近年来国内外低成本钛材的开发途径及低成本钛材在民用领域、军用领域、海洋工程应用状况,并分析了今后低成本钛材的发展方向。

Titanium and titanium alloy has the following advantages,such as high intensity,corrosion resistance,excellent biological compatibility and so on,which is widely used as structural material and special material,but the price of titanium material is obviously higher than the other materials of the same type,therefore in order to expand the application of titanium materials further,the development ways of low cost titanium,and the application situation of low cost titanium material on civilian area,military field,ocean engineering in recent years in domestic and overseas is summarized,as well as the development direction of low cost titanium material in the future is analyzed.
