摘要
介绍了某铝厂氢氧化铝分级旋流器的结构优化改造,原使用Ф200旋流器底流氢氧化铝产量较低,改用Ф100旋流器替换后,底流氢氧化铝产量大幅增加,粒度缩减比达到2.22,综合指标优于Ф200旋流器。
The structure optimization and modification for aluminum hydroxide classifying hydrocyclone of one aluminum manufacturer is introduced,because of the bottom flow aluminum hydroxide yield is low with the formerly used Ф200 hydrocyclone.The bottom flow aluminum hydroxide yield is increased greatly after adoption of Ф100 hydrocyclone,the reduction ratio of the particle size reach to 2.22,the comprehensive target is better than Ф200 hydrocyclone.
