摘要
为了克服气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备中(即GIS)汇控柜现有除湿技术的局限性,文中基于半导体冷凝除湿技术,对其控制策略进行了研究。首先,从半导体冷凝技术机理出发,根据相对湿度、绝对湿度、露点温度和饱和水汽压等推导出除湿能力公式。然后组建了GIS汇控柜温湿度模拟环境装置,通过实验研究了半导体冷凝除湿装置在柜内不同温度和湿度条件下的除湿能力。结果表明,用除湿能力值作为GIS汇控柜除湿装置的启停策略是有效且合理的。
In order to overcome the limitations of existing dehumidification technology in gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(ie GIS)control cabinet,the control strategy based on semiconductor condensation and dehumidification technology is studied in this work.First,based on the mechanism of semiconductor condensation technology,the dehumidification capacity formula is derived based on relative humidity,absolute humidity,dew point temperature,and saturated vapor pressure.Then,the temperature and humidity simulation environment device of GIS control cabinet is set up.The dehumidification capacity of the semiconductor condensation dehumidification device under different temperature and humidity conditions in the cabinet is studied through experiments.The results show that using the dehumidification capacity value as the start-stop strategy of the GIS control cabinet dehumidification device is effective and reasonable.
