摘要
电力设备风险量化分析中不可避免会含有难以客观精确量化而需人为主观确定的模糊指标信息。针对当前研究描述此种主观不确定性信息的不足,考虑混合多属类评价信息并结合直觉模糊集和拓展VIKOR理论提出电力变压器部件风险优先级评估方法。该方法首先将不同类型风险指标评价信息统一转换为更符合实际决策的直觉模糊数形式,在此基础上引入模糊熵概念确定各专家重要度并利用IFWA算子对群体意见进行集结;同时为较大程度反映出指标权重真实水平,综合考虑多层因素构建了直觉模糊环境下的权值优化模型,并利用VIKOR法综合确定出部件的风险优先级。实例分析表明,该方法能涵盖并处理多种不同属类评价信息,有效降低人为主观性误差,评估结果更准确可靠。
The risk quantification analysis of power equipment inevitably contains fuzzy index information which is difficult to be quantified objectively but needs to be determined subjectively.In view of the deficiency of describing such subjective uncertainty information in current researches,a method for evaluating the risk priority of power transformer parts is proposed by considering the mixed multi-attribute evaluation information and combining the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and extended VIKOR theory.Firstly,the evaluation information of different types of risk indicators is transformed into a form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers which is more in line with the actual decision-making.On this basis,the concept of fuzzy entropy is introduced to determine the importance of experts and the group opinions are aggregated by IFWA operator.At the same time,in order to reflect the true level of index weight to a larger extent,the weight optimization model under intuitionistic fuzzy environment is constructed by comprehensively considering multiple factors,and the risk priority of parts is determined by using VIKOR method.Finally,the example analysis shows that this method can cover and process different kinds of evaluation information,effectively reduce the subjective error from human,and makes the evaluation results more accurate and reliable.
