从子午流注理论及肠道微生态分析五更泄

Discussion on Fifth-Watch Diarrhea from Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Theory and Intestinal Microecology

五更泄,又称鸡鸣泄,是以黎明前脐腹作痛,肠鸣则泄,泄后痛减,形寒肢冷,腰膝酸软等临床表现的一种疾病,五更泄的主要病机为肾阳虚衰,肾虚不能温煦脾土,使水谷精微不能充分消化吸收而出现泄泻,又因黎明之前,阳气未振,阴寒较盛,故而出现泄泻。五更泄的现代医学研究较少,该文作者从子午流注、肠道菌群与五更泄的关系入手,探讨五更泄的发病机制,为五更泄的研究及其治疗提供新的思路。

Fifth-watch diarrhea,also can be called acock-crowdiarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine.The manifestations include umbilicus abdominal pain,diarrhea with borborygmus,pain relieving after diarrhea,cold limbs,soreness and weakness of waist and knees.The main pathogenesis is considered to be kidney Yang deficiency which can not warm spleen,leading to diarrhea with undigested food.In the fifth-watch time,Yang Qi is not enough and there is cold excess and so it causes diarrhea.However,there is no relevant research.Therefore,based on the midnight-noon ebb-flow theory,the important influence of intestinal micro-ecology in the fifth-watch diarrhea,it discussed the pathogenesis to provide new ideas for research and treatment of the fifth-watch diarrhea.
