基于“滋其化源”理论探讨糖尿病肠道内环境稳态

Study on Intestinal Homeostasis of Diabetes Mellitus Based on Theory of “Nourishing Sources”

目的糖尿病患者肠道菌群与血糖波动是如今的研究热点,通过中医药调控,恢复肠道内环境稳态极有研究价值。方法通过研究《医学心悟》中"滋其化源"理论,润肺、清胃、健脾、补肾结合,"脾土"具象化是脾胃和大小肠,近年研究提示肠道菌群是稳定肠道内环境的新靶点,丰富了"滋其化源"理论的科学内涵。结果研究总结"滋其化源"的内涵是,润肺气以益化源,养胃阴以滋化源,补脾气以生化源,育肾精以助化源,调肠道以护化源;目的是脏腑兼顾,化源充足,使精微转输代谢正常。结论基于"滋其化源"理论,整体论治,治病求本,有利于维持糖尿病患者肠道内环境稳态,减少血糖波动。

Objective Intestinal flora and blood glucose fluctuation in diabetic patients are hot research topics today.It is of great research value to restore the intestinal homeostasis through regulation of TCM.Methods The author studied the theory of "nourishing sources" in Medical Insights,which combined with nourishing lung,clearing stomach,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney.The concretization of "spleen earth" refers to the spleen,stomach,large and small intestine.Recent studies show that intestinal flora is a new target to stabilize the internal environment of the intestine,which add new scientific connotation to the theory of "nourishing sources".Results The author thinks the connotation of "nourishing sources" is nourishing lung to benefit sources,nourishing stomach Yin to nourish sources,nourishing spleen Qi to produce sources,nourishing kidney essence to enhance sources,regulate the intestinal to protect sources.The purpose is to take care of Zang-Fu organs and have adequate source and normal metabolism.Conclusion Based on the theory of "nourishing sources",treating based on wholism and treating the root cause of diseases are conducive to maintaining the internal environment of the intestine and reducing the fluctuation of blood glucose.
