中医药治疗小儿支原体肺炎有着独特的优势,从证候病机学对其加强研究可为临床精准辨证、提高疗效提供有效途径。作者通过查阅、整理小儿支原体肺炎中医证候研究的相关文献,从不同层次对其病机研究进行梳理、总结。为今后临床诊治提供新的辨证思路、科学研究提供方法学借鉴和理论依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages on treating pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia.Strengthening research from syndrome physiology can provide an effective way for clinical accurate syndrome differentiation and improvement of curative effect.The author reviewed and summarized the relevant literature on TCM syndrome researches about children with mycoplasmal pneumonia,and combed and summarized the pathogenesis research from different levels so as to provide new syndrome differentiation ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as methodological reference and theoretical basis for scientific research.
