基于黄疸病的肝性脑病中医证治

TCM Syndrome and Treatment of Hepatic Encephalopathy Based on Jaundice

肝性脑病是急性或慢性肝功能衰竭常见并发症,临床治疗难度大,西医治疗手段十分有限,病死率高。中药在治疗肝性脑病方面有明显优势,但亦有得法与不得法者。为探明肝性脑病中医证治,该文宗《内经》旨要,遵仲景立法、处方之妙,逐一剖析之。首辨肝性脑病的基础病——黄疸病不外胃热、脾寒、血瘀三端而已;而肝性脑病中医辨证仅分虚实两证,实以通腑泄热、攻下瘀实、凉开神明为治;虚又分祛湿、化湿、温下合温开醒神三层治法。

Hepatic encephalopathy is a common complication of acute or chronic liver failure.It is difficult to treat clinically.Western medicine has limited treatment and high mortality.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy,but there are still effective and ineffective ways.In order to find out the TCM syndromes of hepatic encephalopathy,the purpose of this article is to analyze the legislation and prescriptions of Zhongjing one by one.The first basic disease of hepatic encephalopathy-jaundice is no more than stomach heat,spleen cold,blood stasis and TCM syndrome differentiation of hepatic encephalopathy only has deficiency and excess types.The excess syndrome should be dredged,purging and opening.The deficiency syndrome could be treated with dispelling dampness,resolving dampness and warming the lower and inducing resuscitation.
