五味消毒饮对水痘患儿的疗效及降钙素原、C反应蛋白的变化研究

Study on Curative Effect of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin in Children with Varicella and Changes of PCT and CRP

目的分析五味消毒饮对水痘患儿的疗效及降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化影响。方法选取该院(2016年1月—2018年12月)收治的水痘患儿60例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用常规对症支持治疗,观察组在常规对症支持治疗基础上联合五味消毒饮治疗,分析两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间(1.67±0.41)d、结痂时间(4.17±1.67)d、止痒时间(1.04±0.72)d短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疱疹痊愈时间集中在3 d以内,整体痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PCT、CRP、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后PCT、CRP、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率为6.67%(2/30),对照组为13.33%(4/30),观察组不良反应率与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五味消毒饮治疗水痘疗效显著,可降低血清PCT、CRP、IL-8的表达水平,加快临床症状的消失,促进疱疹痊愈,且并不增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on the effect of children with varicella and the changes of procalcitonin(PCT)and C reactive protein(CRP).Methods Sixty cases of varicella in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic support therapy and the observation group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on the basis of the routine symptomatic support treatment.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group and 73.33%(22/30)in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time was(1.67±0.41)d,the scab time was(4.17±1.67)d,and the antipruritic time was(1.04±0.72)d in the observation group,which was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of herpes in the observation group was less than 3 days,and the overall recovery time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of PCT,CRP or interleukin 8(IL-8)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of PCT,CRP and IL-8 in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate was 6.67%(2/30)in the observation group and 13.33%(4/30)in the control group.There was no significant differencebetween the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Wuwei Xiaodu Yin is effective in the treatment of varicella,which can reduce the serum levels of PCT,CRP and IL-8,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of herpesand do not increase the adverse reactions.
