柴芍葛根汤辅助治疗小儿面神经炎风寒阻络证的疗效及血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响

Efficacy of Adjuvant Therapy of Chaishao Gegen Decoction on Facial Neuritis Children with Syndrome of Wind-Cold Obstructing Collaterals and Effect on Serum Levels of TNF-α and IL-6

目的探讨柴芍葛根汤辅助治疗小儿面神经炎风寒阻络证的疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-6水平的影响。方法筛选在漯河市第二人民医院就诊的面神经炎患儿86例,按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患儿接受常规治疗措施;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予柴芍葛根汤辅助治疗,1剂/d,2次/d,连续治疗4周。比较面部残疾指数(FDI)和面部神经功能评分、肌电图指标、临床疗效以及血清TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后面部残疾躯体功能指数(FDIP)评分显著升高,社会生活功能(FDIS)评分明显降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后House-Brackmann(H-B)量表评分、动作电位潜伏期显著降低,波幅明显增加(P<0.01);观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论柴芍葛根汤辅助治疗小儿面神经炎风寒阻络证的疗效显著,且可下调血清TNF-α和IL-6水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of adjuvant therapy of Chaishao Gegen Decoction on facial neuritis children with syndrome of wind-cold obstructing collaterals and its effect on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-6.Methods Eighty-six facial neuritis children were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the table of random numbers method with 43 cases in each group.Children in the control group received conventional treatment.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the observation group was given adjuvant therapy of Chaishao Gegen Decoction(1 dose/d and 2 times/d) for 4 weeks.Scores of facial disability index(FDI),facial neurological function,electromyography indexes,the efficacy and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were compared in the two groups.Results Compared with those of the control group,the FDIP score of the observation group increased significantly,while the FDIS score decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with those of the control group,the house-brackmann(H-B) scale score and action potential latency period of the observation group significantly decreased and the amplitude significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of adjuvant therapy of Chaishao Gegen Decoction on facial neuritis children with syndrome of wind-cold obstructing collaterals is significant and can down-regulate serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6.
