牛皮癣2号方联合卡泊三醇倍他米松软膏(得肤宝)治疗血热风热型银屑病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Psoriasis 2 Formula and Calcipotriol Betamethasone Cream Treatment of in Hot Blood Type Psoriasis

目的分析在血热风热型银屑病治疗中牛皮癣2号方口服联合卡泊三醇倍他米松软膏(得肤宝)外涂的临床应用效果。方法随机将90例血热风热型银屑病患者分为3组,每组30例。以牛皮癣2号方口服联合凡士林外涂治疗者为中药组,以中药安慰剂口服联合得肤宝外涂治疗者为得肤宝组,以牛皮癣2号方口服联合得肤宝外涂治疗者为联合组,3组治疗时间均为8周。对3组治疗过程中的银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)、皮肤病专科问卷(DLQI)评分、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及治疗效果进行分析。结果 3组治疗过程中,PASI、DLQI评分均呈显著的降低趋势(P<0.05)。在治疗4周、治疗6周及治疗8周后,联合组PASI评分明显低于中药组及得肤宝组(P<0.05)。同时,3组治疗8周后,3组CD3、CD4及CD8均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗8周后,联合组CD3、CD4及CD8明显高于中药组及得肤宝组(P<0.05)。而中药组与得肤宝组间PASI评分、DLQI评分及CD3、CD4及CD8比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由此同时,8周治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率明显高于中药组及得肤宝组(P<0.05),而中药组及得肤宝组间比较则未见统计学意义(P>0.05),且3组间不良反应发生率比较,未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牛皮癣2号方联合得肤宝在血热风热型银屑病治疗中具有着良好的治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of Psoriasis 2 Formula and Calcipotriol betamethasone cream in treatment of hot blood type psoriasis.Methods Ninety patients with hot blood type psoriasis were randomly divided into three groups,30 in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Psoriasis 2 Formula combined with vaseline.Calcipotriol group was treated with Calcipotriol betamethasone cream combined with Chinese medicine placebo.Combin group was treated with Psoriasis 2 Formula combined with Calcipotriol betamethasone cream.The PASI,DLQI score,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup and therapeutic effect were analyzed.Results During the treatment of the three groups,PASI and DLQI scores showed a significant decreasing trend(P<0.05).After 4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,PASI score of combination group was significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and Calcipotriol group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,after 8 weeks of treatment,CD3,CD4 and CD8 in the three groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,CD3,CD4 and CD8 in Combine group were significantly higher than those in Chinese traditional medicine group and Calcipotriol group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PASI score,DLQI score,CD3,CD4 and CD8 between traditional traditional Chinese medicine group and Calcipotriol group(P>0.05).At the same time,after 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of Combine group was significantly higher than that of Chinese traditional medicine group and Calcipotriol group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and Calcipotriol group(P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Psoriasis 2 Formula combined with Calcipotriol betamethasone cream has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hemohot psoriasis.
