LI Bin′s Treatment of Chronic Skin Ulcer from Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Dampness

目的总结李斌教授治疗皮肤溃疡的用药规律,为临床用药和研究提供参考。方法收集2018年5月9日—2019年5月9日李斌教授治疗慢性皮肤溃疡初诊医案100例,采用中医传承辅助平台V 2.5对纳入研究的治疗用药进行分析慢性皮肤溃疡药物使用频次,关联规则和潜在新方。结果 100张处方共188味中药,以黄芪、当归、赤芍、红花、牛膝、茯苓、黄柏为主,生成潜在新方9张。结论通过中医传承辅助平台V 2.5在一定程度上揭示了李斌教授治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的处方用药规律,为总结名中医经验提供客观依据,有助于提高中医治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的疗效。

Objective To summarize the medication regularity of Professor LI Bin in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer and provide reference for clinical medication and research.Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic skin ulcer treated by Professor LI Bin from May 9,2018 to May 9,2019 were collected.The frequency of drug use,association rules and potential new prescriptions of chronic skin ulcer were analyzed by using the auxiliary platform V 2.5 of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Results There were 188 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in 100 prescriptions,mainly Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus),Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Chishao(Paeonia lactiflora),Honghua(Carthamus tinctorius),Niuxi(Achyranthes bidentata),Fuling(Poria cocos) and Huangbai(Phellodendron chinense),generating 9 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion To a certain extent,Professor LI Bin′s prescriptions for the treatment of chronic skin ulcer is revealed through the auxiliary platform V 2.5 for traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,which provides an objective basis for summing up the experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine physicians.It is helpful to improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer.
