头针联合震动疗法在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用及运动功能恢复的影响

Study on Application of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Vibration Therapy in Rehabilitation of Children with Cerebral Palsy and Effect on Motor Function Recovery

目的探讨头针联合震动疗法在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用及运动功能恢复的影响。目的将该院2016年6月—2018年11月脑瘫患儿90例,分为两组,对照组45例,采用常规运动肢体功能和语言功能训练;观察组45例,采用头针联合震动疗法治疗,持续治疗8周为1个疗程。比较两组患儿的临床疗效,记录两组患儿的粗大运动功能评估量表-88(Gross motor function measure-88,GMFM-88)、Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)及大脑前动脉(Anterior cerebral artery,ACA)、大脑中动脉(Middle cerebral artery,MCA)及大脑后动脉(Posterior cerebral artery,PCA)的平均血流速度。结果对照组有效率77.78%(35/45),低于观察组93.33%(42/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前GMFM-88量表、BBS量表评分及ACA、MCA、PCA脑动脉血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比,两组患儿治疗后GMFM-88量表、BBS量表评分升高;与对照组比,观察组患儿治疗后GMFM-88量表、BBS量表评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组患儿治疗后ACA、MCA、PCA脑动脉血流速度升高;与对照组比,观察组患儿治疗后ACA、MCA、PCA脑动脉血流速度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针联合震动疗法在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用效果显著,可以改善患儿运动功能,提高脑血流参数,且患儿可以耐受,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of scalp acupuncture combined with vibration therapy in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy and the effect on motor function recovery.Methods Ninety children with cerebral palsy in our hospital from June 2016 to November 2018 were divided into two groups,45 in the control group and 45 in the observation group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The average blood flow velocities of gross motor function measure 88(GMFM-88),Berg balance scale(BBS),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),middle cerebral artery(MCA) and posterior cerebral artery(PCA) were recorded.Results The effective rate of the control group(77.78%,35/45) was lower than that of the observation group(93.33%,42/45)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of GMFM-88,BBS,ACA,MCA or PCA before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of GMFM-88 scale and BBS scale in the two groups were higher after treatment.Compared with those of the control group,the scores of GMFM-88 scale and BBS scale in the observation group were higher after treatmentand the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA and PCA in the two groups increased after treatment.Compared with those of the control group,the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA and PCA in the observation group was higher after treatmentand the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scalp acupuncture combined with vibration therapy in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is remarkable.It can improve motor function and cerebral blood flow parameters of children with cerebral palsy,and children can tolerate it.It is worthy of popularizing.
