温针灸、拔罐疗法联合生酮饮食应用于单纯性肥胖患者中的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Warm Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy Combined with Ketogenic Diet in Patients with Simple Obesity

目的探究温针灸、拔罐疗法联合生酮饮食应用于单纯性肥胖患者中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月该院针灸科收治的单纯性肥胖患者40例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20)。对照组给予生酮饮食治疗,观察组在此基础上联合温针灸、拔罐疗法,两组均连续治疗2个月。统计两组治疗后临床疗效;比较两组患者治疗前后BMI、FAT、血脂水平及SCL-90评分变化。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组BMI、FAT显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TG、CHOL、LDL-C、HDL-C显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SCL-90评分显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论生酮饮食联合温针灸和拔罐治疗不仅可以减轻体重,同时还可以减轻患者社会心理压力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and cupping therapy combined with ketogenic diet in patients with simple obesity.Methods Forty patients with simple obesity admitted to acupuncture and moxibustion department in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into control group(n=20) and observation group(n=20) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with ketogenic diet,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and cupping therapy on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was counted,and the changes of BMI,FAT,blood lipid level and SCL-90 score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was markedly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).BMI and FAT of the observation group were substantially lower than those before treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05).TG,CHOL,LDL-C and HDL-C of the observation group were memorably lower than those before treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05).SCL-90 score of the observation group was dramatically lower than that before treatment and that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ketogenic diet combined with warm acupuncture and cupping therapy can not only reduce weight,but also reduce social and psychological pressure,which is worthy of clinical application.
