General Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Treating Diabetic Nephropathy of Yang Deficiency Syndrome

糖尿病肾病(DKD)在糖尿病并发症中的发病率越来越高,成为终末期肾脏病的首要病因,据统计,DKDⅢ期进展为Ⅳ期的主要及高危证素是阳虚证,回顾国内外近10年来关于治疗糖尿病肾病阳虚证的实验和临床研究文献,重点对中药复方治疗阳虚型糖尿病肾病的诸多研究进展作以综述,为中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床实践及新药研发提供帮助。

The incidence of diabetic nephropathy(DKD) is becoming more and more serious in diabetic complications,which is the primary cause of end-stage renal disease. According to statistics,the main and high-risk syndrome of DKD stage III progressing to stage IV is Yang deficiency syndrome. The experimental and clinical research literature on the treatment of DKD of Yang deficiency syndrome in the past 10 years at home and abroad was reviewed,focusing on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of Yang deficiency type of DKD and providing help for clinical practice and new drug development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DKD.
