海洋中心城市研究与建设进展

Research and Construction Progress of Marine Central City

基于国内外相关文献,完善海洋中心城市概念内涵,从海洋经济、海洋航运、海洋文化、海洋旅游、海洋科研等角度总结相关研究方法、指标体系和建设经验。结果表明,虽然部分专家学者和政府部门已经从一个或多个角度对海洋中心城市进行案例分析和规划研究,但目前对海洋中心城市尚无准确概念和定义,多为定性的社科类研究,缺乏相关定量指标体系,整体性、综合性、交叉性学术研究较少。未来有关部门和专家学者应结合国内外海洋中心城市发展情况,根据当地实际发展需要开展实证研究,逐步完善海洋中心城市基本概念和指标体系,进而为其他地区海洋中心城市建设提供理论依据。

Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,the concept and connotation of marine central city are improved,and relevant research methods,index system and construction experiences are summarized from the perspectives of marine economy,marine shipping,marine culture,marine tourism and marine scientific research.Results show that although some experts and scholars and government departments have conducted a series of case analysis and planning research on the ocean central city from one or more angles,but at present there is no accurate concept and definition of marine central city,most are qualitative social sciences researches,lacking relevant quantitative index system,and the holistic,comprehensive and interdisciplinary academic research is less.In the future,relevant departments,experts and scholars should carry out empirical studies based on the actual development needs of the local areas and the development situation of marine central cities at home and abroad,gradually improve the basic concept and index system of marine central cities,so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of marine central cities in other regions.
