摘要
目的探讨miR-378初始体rs1076064多态性与中国汉族女性乳腺癌发病的关联。方法运用二代测序技术分析miR-378初始体rs1076064多态性在乳腺癌(n=133)和健康对照人群(n=216)中的分布频率;运用SPSS25.0统计软件包处理数据。结果在共显性、显性和隐性遗传模型中,rs1076064多态性与乳腺癌发病无相关性(TC与TT相比,OR=1.15,95%CI:0.67-1.95;CC与TT相比,OR=1.35,95%CI:0.73-2.52;TC/CC与TT相比,OR=1.21,95%CI:0.73-2.00;CC与TT/TC相比,OR=1.24,95%CI:0.74-2.05)。亦未发现rs1076064多态性与乳腺癌肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移等临床特征之间存在相关性。结论miR-378初始体rs1076064可能不是中国汉族人群乳腺癌发病的易感位点。
Objective To investigate the association between rs1076064 in primary miR-378 and risk of breast cancer in Han Chinese women.Methods The distribution frequency of rs1076064 in primary miR-378 was analyzed using Ion PGM sequencing among patients with breast cancer(n=133)and healthy controls(n=216).All data were performed using SPSS 25.0.Results There were no significant associations between rs1076064 and risk of breast cancer under co-dominant,dominant and recessive genetic models(TC vs.TT,OR=1.15,95%CI:0.67-1.95;CC vs.TT,OR=1.35,95%CI:0.73-2.52;TC/CC vs.TT,OR=1.21,95%CI:0.73-2.00;CC vs.TT/TC,OR=1.24,95%CI:0.74-2.05).Nor the association was observed between rs1076064 and tumor size and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.Conclusion The rs1076064 in the primary miR-378 may not be a susceptibility locus for the development of breast cancer.
