成纤维细胞激活蛋白α(FAP-α)在胃癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义

Expression of fibroblast activated protein beam(fap-beam)in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance

目的探讨成纤维细胞激活蛋白α(Fibroblast activation proteinα,FAP-α)在胃癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法选择近年来我院收治的33例经切除手术的胃癌患者作为研究对象,并对应收集胃癌手术切除组织标本33份。另取正常胃组织10份作为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测上述标本组织中FAP-α阳性表达水平。比较对照组、低级别组及高级别组组织FAP-α表达情况;FAP-α阳性表达与胃癌病理学特征之间的相关关系;分析FAP-α表达强度与患者预后状况之间的相关关系。结果①在正常胃组织中,FAP-α免疫组化SP法呈阴性;在低级别胃癌组织中,FAP-α阳性细胞免疫组化SP法呈淡棕黄色,呈弱阳性;在高级别胃癌组织中,FAP-α阳性细胞免疫组化SP法呈棕黄色,呈阳性。对照组、低级别组与高级别组组织IOD值两两之间的差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.05)。②FAP-α阳性表达与胃癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小之间均无显著的相关性(P均>0.05),但其与肿瘤分级之间呈极显著的相关性(P<0.01),其阳性表达率随肿瘤分级的增大而增强。③经Kaplan Meier曲线分析显示:低表达组生存率显著高于高表达组(P<0.01)。结论FAP-α在胃癌组织中具有高表达,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the expression of Fibroblast activation protein(fap-pcr)in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance.Methods a total of 33 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical resection in our hospital in recent years were selected as research objects,and 33 surgical resection tissue specimens of gastric cancer were collected.Another 10 pieces of normal gastric tissue were taken as the control group.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect FAP-positive expression in the above tissues.The expression of fap-beam in the control group,the low-level group and the high-level group was compared.Correlation between fap-positive expression and pathological features of gastric cancer;The correlation between fap-pcr expression intensity and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results①in normal gastric tissue,the fap-pcr immunohistochemical SP method was negative;In lowgrade gastric cancer tissues,the fap-positive cell immunohistochemical SP method was pale brown-yellow and weakly positive.In high-level gastric cancer tissues,the fap-positive cell immunohistochemical SP method was brown-yellow and positive.The differences in IOD values between the control group,the low level group and the high level group were statistically significant(all P<0.05).②there was no significant correlation between fap-positive expression and gender,age,or tumor size of patients with gastric cancer(P>0.05),but there was a very significant correlation between fap-positive expression and tumor grade(P<0.01),and the positive expression rate increased with the increase of tumor grade.③kaplan-meier curve analysis showed that the survival rate of the low-expression group was significantly higher than that of the high-expression group(P<0.01).Conclusion FAP-lep is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissue,and it has important clinical significance.
