血清CA153、BXTM及CEA联合检测对乳腺癌的早期诊断价值比较

The clinical value of combination detection with CA153,BXTM and CEA for early diagnosis in breast cancer

目的 分析血清肿瘤标志物CA153、BXTM与CEA单独及联合检测对乳腺癌的早期诊断价值。方法 选择2014年2月-2015年1月来我院诊治的疑似乳腺癌患者286例,均行病理活检,采用酶联免疫法检测血清肿瘤标志物CA153、BXTM与CEA,比较乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变患者各指标差异,分析三指标单独检测及联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断效能。结果 286例患者病理检测确诊为乳腺癌108例,乳腺良性病变178例。乳腺癌患者血清CA153、CEA及BXTM水平均明显高于乳腺良性病变患者(P<0.05),且均与乳腺癌密切相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,CA153+BXTM+CEA联合检测诊断乳腺癌的AUC值、特异度及准确性最高,而BXTM单独检测的灵敏度最高。结论 肿瘤标志物CA153+BXTM+CEA联合检测对于早期乳腺癌具有更高的诊断效能,可作为乳腺癌高危人群早期血清学筛查方法。

Objective To analyze early diagnostic value of combination detection of tumor markers CA153,BXTM and CEA in breast cancer.Methods 286 cases of suspected breast cancer patients in our hospital were selected from Feb 2014 to Jan 2015,all patietnts taken pathological biopsy,and tumor markers CA153,BXTM and CEA in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.To compare the differences between the indicators of breast cancer and benign breast disease patients,and to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of the three indicators alone detection and the combined detection for breast cancer.Results There were 108 cases of breast cancer and 178 cases of benign breast disease in pathologic diagnosis.Serum levels of CA153,CEA and BXTM in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign breast disease(P<0.05),and were closely related to breast cancer(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the AUC value,specificity and accuracy of CA153+BXTM+CEA combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer were the highest,while the sensitivity of BXTM alone detection was the highest.Conclusion Combined detection of CA153+BXTM+CEA has higher diagnostic efficiency for early breast cancer,and can be used as early serological screening method for high-risk population in breast cancer.
