破解脱贫攻坚工作中痕迹管理异化问题的思考

Reflections on the Alienation of Trace Management in Poverty Alleviation

痕迹管理在基层脱贫攻坚工作中发挥了一定的积极作用,但随着时间的推移,这种管理模式发生了异化,不仅产生了一定程度的负面影响,也衍生成了新的形式主义。本文基于实地调研和访谈结果,对脱贫攻坚工作中过分强调痕迹管理的表现、负面影响和原因进行了梳理分析,进而提出破解脱贫攻坚工作中痕迹管理异化问题的路径,以期为基层治理现代化提供借鉴。

The trace management mode of the grass-roots poverty relief work out of the rational bureaucracy is one of the products of the transformation of the country,which has played a positive role in the management of the local poverty relief work.However,with the passage of time,the trace management with theoretical and practical support has been alienated,causing a certain degree of harm,and has become a new formalism.Based on the results of field research and interviews,this paper analyzes the realization,harm and causes of the alienation of trace management,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of trace management in poverty alleviation,so as to provide theoretical support for the modernization of grass-roots governance.
