健康治理视域下基层医疗卫生服务战“疫”考察

Investigation on“Epidemic”of Primary Medical and Health Service from the Perspective of Health Governance

党的十八大以来,我国医药卫生体制改革取得了重大进展,人民健康水平不断提高。在新冠肺炎疫情防控过程中,遍布城乡的基层医疗卫生机构作为疫情防控的第一道防线在联防联控、群防群控中发挥了基础性的作用。本文对河南省S村卫生室的战"疫"历程进行了考察,从健康治理的视角对基层医疗卫生服务取得的成效及存在的短板进行了分析并提出了相应的对策建议,希冀能为推进健康中国建设提供参考。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,great progress has been made in the reform of China’s medical and health system,and people’s health level has been continuously improved.In the process of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control,the primary public health care institutions that spread all over the urban and rural areas as the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control played a fundamental role in joint prevention and control and group prevention.This paper investigates the course of"epidemic"in s village clinic of Henan Province,analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of primary medical and health services from the perspective of health governance,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for promoting the construction of healthy China.
