摘要
村两委"一肩挑"是"把政党带进来"的必然逻辑,也是当下大力推进和发展的一种乡村治理模式。新时代,村两委"一肩挑"模式通过政党——国家——社会的关系耦合、乡村治理与村民自治的组织再造以及对村干部的政治吸纳将"把政党带进来"和"乡村治理有效"链接起来,有助于推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化。
The"one shoulder"of the two village committees is the inevitable logic of"bringing the party in",and it is also a rural governance mode vigorously promoted and developed.In the new era,the"one shoulder"mode of the two committees of the village links"bringing the party in"and"effective rural governance"through the coupling of party state society relationship,vertical and horizontal restructuring of rural organizations and political absorption of village cadres,which helps to promote the modernization of rural governance system.
