摘要 目前,指挥信息多经有线网络传输,针对有线网络易受破坏或机动站未敷设有线网络等情况,以北斗全天候导航定位及机密级短报文服务等优势为支撑,使用北斗指挥机及其下属用户机构建了多级应急指挥架构,提出系统方案解决北斗指挥功能存在的单层监收模式影响全局态势掌握、基础通播模式指挥形式单一和指挥容量难以满足大规模联合作战需求等问题,实现多层级指挥、下属容量扩展、动态组网、按需指挥和可靠的短报文通信等功能效果,为相应系统建设提供参考方案。 At present,command information is transmitted through wired network.Aming at the situation that wired network is easy to be destroyed or the mobile station is not equipped with wired network,and supported by the advantages of Beidou all-weather navigation and confidential short packet,a multi-level emergency command structure is built by using Beidou command aircraft and its subordinate user machines,and a system scheme is put forward to solve the single-level monitoring and receiving mode of Beidou command function.Influencing the overall situation mastery,the single command form of basic broadcasting mode and the difficulty of command capacity to meet the needs of large-scale joint operations,this paper can achieve multi-level command,expand subordinate capacity,dynamic networking,on-demand command and reliable short packet,and provide a reference scheme for the corresponding system construction.
