泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊及康复新液联合治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎效果分析

Effect analysis of pantoprazole enteric coated capsule combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis

目的:探讨泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊联合康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法:2016年1月-2019年12月收治慢性糜烂性胃炎患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组服用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗;观察组服用康复新液联合泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊联合康复新液治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎,能有效改善患者腹痛、腹胀、反酸及其他消化不良症状,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To explore the effect of pantoprazole enteric coated capsule combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,64 patients with chronic erosive gastritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole enteric coated capsules.The observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid combined with pantoprazole enteric coated capsules.We compared the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of pantoprazole enteric coated capsules combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis can effectively improve the abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid reflux and other dyspepsia symptoms,and the adverse reactions are less.
