维生素D滴剂与锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin D drops and zinc preparations in the adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的:研究维生素D滴剂与锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年1月收治小儿腹泻患儿98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组采用维生素D滴剂治疗;研究组在维生素D滴剂基础上联合葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组腹泻症状改善时间短于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用维生素D滴剂与锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻,可有效改善腹泻症状,防止复发。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of vitamin D drops and zinc preparations in the adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:From February 2019 to January 2020,98 children with infantile diarrhea were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin D drops.The study group was treated with vitamin D drops combined with zinc gluconate oral solution.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the improvement time of diarrhea symptoms was earlier than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D drops and zinc preparations in the adjuvant treatment of infantile diarrhea can effectively improve the symptoms of diarrhea and prevent recurrence.
