带锁髓内钉治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床分析

Clinical analysis of intramedullary nailing in the treatment of nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs

目的:研究带锁髓内钉固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。A组给予常规手术方案治疗;B组给予带锁髓内钉固定术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组手术时间、创口长度及患肢恢复时间均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组,且并发症发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用带锁髓内钉固定术治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的效果理想,且术后并发症发生率较低,有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of intramedullary nailing in the treatment of nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,76 cases of nonunion after traumatic fracture of limbs were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.A group was treated with conventional operation method,while B group was treated with intramedullary nailing fixation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The operative time,wound length and limb recovery time in B group were better than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in B group was higher than that in A group,the incidence of complications was lower than A group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intramedullary nailing in patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of the limbs has an ideal therapeutic effect,the incidence of postoperative complications is low,which is beneficial to postoperative recovery.
