自拟湿痹汤结合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果研究

The clinical effect of self-made Shibi Decoction combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨自拟湿痹汤结合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年9月收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例,按不同治疗方法分为两组。观察组采用自拟湿痹汤联合针灸推拿治疗;对照组采用针灸推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效及骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分。结果:治疗4周后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,WOMAC评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟湿痹汤结合针灸推拿可提高膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果,降低WOMAC评分,改善膝关节功能,有利于患者恢复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Shibi Decoction combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From June 2018 to September 2019,90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and treated and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with self-made Shibi Decoction combined with acupuncture and massage.The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage.Clinical efficacy and WOMAC score of osteoarthritis were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and WOMAC score was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-made Shibi Decoction with acupuncture and massage can improve the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis,reduce WOMAC score,improve knee joint function,and be beneficial to patients'recovery.
