基于“食积内热”的小儿反复呼吸道感染的病机证治探析

Study on the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of repeated respiratory tract infection in children based on"internal heat of food accmulation"

目的:小儿反复呼吸道感染临床发病率高,病情迁延难愈,复发率高,严重威胁儿童生长发育健康。现今时代虽然物质生活丰富,但父母对儿童缺乏科学的喂养方法,常喂养过当,导致儿童脾胃食积化热,从而发生反复呼吸道感染。本文以此立论,对食积发热导致的反复呼吸道感染病机证治特点进行分析总结,期望对该病的诊疗以及方证研究具有一定临床指导意义。

The clinical incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children is high,the condition is prolonged and difficult to heal,the recurrence rate is also high,which seriously threatens the growth and development of children.Although the material life is rich in today,parents are lack of scientific feeding methods for children and often overfeed,which leads to the accumulation of heat in children's spleen and stomach,resulting in recurrent respiratory tract infection.Based on this,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection which caused by the fever of food accumulation and expects to have certain clinical guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and the study of prescriptions and syndromes.
