归脾汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并白细胞减少症的效果观察

Effect of Guipi decoction on hyperthyroidism with leukopenia

目的:观察甲状腺功能亢进合并白细胞减少症患者应用归脾汤的治疗效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治甲状腺功能亢进合并白细胞减少症患者76例,随机分两组,各38例。对照组实施常规治疗;试验组给予归脾汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后白细胞计数及中性粒细胞计数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤治疗甲状腺功能亢进合并白细胞减少症的效果显著,能够有效改善各项指标水平,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guipi decoction on hyperthyroidism complicated with leukopenia.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,76 cases of hyperthyroidism with leukopenia patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Guipi decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of in the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guipi decoction has a remarkable effect on hyperthyroidism with leukopenia,which can effectively improve the various of indicator levels and the incidence rate of adverse reactions is low.
