产前彩超联合筛查指标对中期孕妇的诊断作用及对妊娠结局的影响

The diagnostic effect of prenatal color doppler ultrasound combined with screening index on mid-term pregnant women and its effect on pregnancy outcomes

目的:探究产前彩超联合筛查指标对中期孕妇的诊断作用及对妊娠作用的影响。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治中期孕妇122例,均使用彩超联合筛查指标对孕妇体内胎儿进行全面检查。结果:通过彩超联合筛查对胎儿不同部位发育异常情况进行诊断,其诊断正确率较高。针对不同怀孕周期的孕妇进行检查,发现妊娠中期是发现胎儿情况异常的最佳时期;在中期孕妇的检查中,能够及时高效的发现胎儿是否异常,并对后续妊娠结果进行预判,起到积极作用。结论:在对中期孕妇的联合筛查中,彩超可以观察胎儿在子宫内的活动情况,保证了胎儿表面结构的完整性、安全性,也可以明确检出胎儿是否畸形,对于妊娠中期的孕妇而言,是一种有效的产前诊断方式,可有效预防缺陷的妊娠结局,体现出彩超的优越性。

Objective:To explore the effect of prenatal color doppler ultrasound combined with screening index on mid-term pregnant women and its effect on pregnancy.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,122 mid-term pregnant women were selected,all the fetuses in pregnant women were examined with color doppler ultrasound combined with screening index.Results:Color doppler ultrasound combined with screening was used to diagnose abnormal development in different parts of the fetus,and the diagnostic accuracy was high.For pregnant women with different pregnancy cycles,it was found that the second trimester is the best time to detect the abnormal condition of the fetus.In the mid-term examination of pregnant women,it can find out whether the fetus is abnormal in a timely and efficient manner,and predict the subsequent pregnancy results,playing a positive role.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound can be used to observe the activity of the fetus in utero during the combined screening of mid-term pregnant women,ensure the integrity and safety of the fetal surface structure,and also to clearly detect whether the fetus is malformed,for the mid-term pregnant women,it is an effective way of prenatal diagnosis,which can effectively prevent the pregnancy outcome of defects,showing the superiority of color doppler ultrasound.
