病毒性肝病诊断中临床检验生化指标的运用及意义研究

Research on the application and significance of biochemical indexes in diagnosis of patients with viral liver disease

目的:分析病毒性肝病诊断中临床检验生化指标的运用及意义。方法:2019年4月-2020年5月收治病毒性肝病患者40例作为观察组;同时选取健康体检者40例作为对照组。两组均进行临床生化指标检验,对比分析两组常规生化指标及新生化指标水平。结果:观察组总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白等常规生化指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、腺苷脱氨酶等新生化指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病毒性肝病患者诊断中临床检验生化指标的运用及意义显著,能够有效诊断出患者生化指标水平,同时有利于提高疾病的诊出率。

Objective:To analyze the application and significance of clinical biochemical indexes in the diagnosis of viral liver disease.Methods:From April 2019 to May 2020,40 cases of patients with viral liver disease were enrolled as observation group.40 healthy physical examination patients at same time were enrolled as control group.The clinical biochemical indexes were tested in both groups and the levels of routine biochemical indexes and new biochemical indexes were compared and analyzed.Results:The levels of total protein,albumin and globulin routine indexes in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The new biochemical indexes levels of serum alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and adenosine deaminase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application and significance of clinical biochemical indexes in the diagnosis of patients with viral liver disease are significant,which can effectively diagnose the level of biochemical indexes of patients and improve the diagnosis rate of diseases.
