案例教学法在内科实习护生护理教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究案例教学法在内科实习护生护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年12月在内科进行实习的护生60名,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30名。对照组应用传统教学法;试验组应用案例教学法。比较两组护生学习成绩、学习能力及对教学方法的评价。结果:试验组护生理论成绩、实操成绩和综合成绩评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生自主学习能力、理论联系实践能力、创新与批判性思维能力、团队协作能力、沟通交流能力、分析及解决问题能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护生对教学方法的评价度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内科实习护生护理教学中采取案例教学法,有利于护生学习成绩、学习能力提高,并提升护生对教学的满意度。 Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method in nursing teaching of nursing students in internal medicine practice.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2019,60 nursing students who practiced in internal medicine were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group applied the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group applied the case teaching method.The two groups of nursing students'academic achievement,learning ability and evaluation of teaching methods were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical,practical and comprehensive scores of nursing students in experimental group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-learning ability,theory and practice ability,innovation and critical thinking ability,team cooperation ability,communication ability,analysis and problem-solving ability in experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching methods in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case teaching method in the nursing teaching of medical practice nursing students is conducive to the improvement of their academic performance and learning ability,it also can improve the satisfaction of nursing students to teaching.
