摘要 目的:探讨植入式静脉输液港在恶性肿瘤患者治疗中的应用。方法:2017年7月-2020年6月收治恶性肿瘤患者33例,均行经皮颈内静脉植入输液港,分析应用效果。结果:植入输液港的应用降低了化疗药物对静脉的损伤,33例患者均顺利完成化疗/靶向治疗。结论:植入式静脉输液港完全埋植于患者皮下,减少了组织暴露及并发症发生率低,对患者活动限制少,可减少反复静脉穿刺的痛苦和难度,为临床上恶性肿瘤患者提供一条理想而便捷的静脉输液通道,可明显提高临床护士的工作效率,做到一劳永逸。 Objective:To investigate the application of implantable intravenous infusion port in the treatment of malignant tumor patients.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2020,33 patients with malignant tumor were selected.They all received percutaneous internal jugular vein infusion port.We analyzed the application effect.Results:The application of implanting infusion port can reduce the injury of vein caused by chemotherapy drugs,all the 33 patients completed chemotherapy/targeted therapy successfully.Conclusion:The implantable venous port is completely implanted in the patient's subcutaneous,which reduces tissue exposure and the incidence of complications,and has less restrictions on patients'activities,it can reduce the pain and difficulty of repeated venipuncture,and provide an ideal and convenient intravenous infusion channel for patients with malignant tumor,it can significantly improve the work efficiency of clinical nurses and achieve once and for all.
