剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理要点研究

Study on nursing main points of re-pregnancy women after caesarean section through transvaginal delivery

目的:分析剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理要点及效果。方法:2017年11月-2020年5月收治剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩的产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施要点护理。比较两组产程时间和分娩结局。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程及第三产程时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组成功分娩率高于对照组,不良分娩结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理要点主要在于产前教育、心理干预和产程观察,护理后可缩短产程,促进分娩,并改善分娩结局,积极减少不良结局,保证产妇和围产儿安全。

Objective:To analyze the nursing points and effects of re-pregnancy women after caesarean section through transvaginal delivery.Methods:From November 2017 to May 2020,80 cases of re-pregnant women after cesarean section through transvaginal delivery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional nursing,while the observation group carried out key nursing.The labor duration and labor outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results:The time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the successful delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the main nursing points of vaginal delivery after cesarean section are prenatal education,psychological intervention and observation of labor process.After nursing,the labor process can be shortened,the delivery can be promoted,and the delivery outcome can be improved,and the adverse outcomes can be actively reduced to ensure the safety of maternal and perinatal children.
