徐州市社区高血压患者自我管理现状及影响因素研究

Study on self-management status and influencing factors of patients with hypertension in Xuzhou community

目的:了解徐州市社区高血压患者自我管理现状,并分析主要问题的影响因素。方法:选取徐州市社区原发性高血压病患者300例,进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:患者自我管理行为得分为(128±3)分,各维度得分由低到高依次为康复管理、安全用药管理、饮食管理、生活起居管理、情绪管理、工作休息管理、疾病管理。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、病程、医保、文化程度、高血压程度、居住方式是高血压患者自我管理水平的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压患者自我管理水平受多种因素影响,社区医务工作者应根据患者自我管理水平和职业、高血压程度等影响因素进行干预和管理,以提高患者的自我管理能力,从而有效地控制血压水平,减少并发症的发生,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To understand the status of self-management of hypertension patients in Xuzhou community,and analyze the influencing factors of main problems.Methods:300 patients with essential hypertension in Xuzhou community were selected and interviewed.Results:the score of patients'self-management behavior was(128±3),and the scores of each dimension from low to high were rehabilitation management,safety medication management,diet management,life and living management,emotion management,work rest management,disease management.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,course of disease,medical insurance,education level,degree of hypertension and living style were the main influencing factors of self-management level of patients with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:the self-management level of patients with hypertension in community is affected by many factors.Community medical workers should intervene and manage according to the patients'self-management level,occupation,degree of hypertension and other influencing factors,so as to improve the self-management ability of patients,so as to effectively control the blood pressure level,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve their quality of life.
