摘要
目的:分析及时教学反馈在临床本科教学中的应用与效果。方法:选取2016级9月入学的5年制临床医学专业本科学生84人,作为对照组;另2017级9月入学的5年制临床医学专业本科学生92人,作为研究组。对照组开展传统教学反馈模式教学;研究组开展及时反馈模式教学。比较两组教学效果。结果:研究组理论课程与见习课程的成绩考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项教学满意度调查评分及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床本科教学工作中,引用及时教学反馈,能够有效提升学生理论与见习成绩,提高教学效果,同时能够有效提升学生对教学的满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application and effect of timely teaching feedback in clinical undergraduate teaching.Methods:A total of 84 cases of 5-year clinical medicine undergraduate students who entered in September 2016 were selected as the control group.Another 92 cases of 5-year clinical medicine undergraduate students who entered in September 2017 were selected as the research group.The control group carried out the traditional teaching feedback mode,while the research group carried out the timely teaching feedback mode.The teaching results between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of the theoretical courses and apprenticeships of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of various teaching satisfaction surveys in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical undergraduate teaching work,the timely teaching feedback can effectively improve the students'theory and probation results,improve the teaching effect,it can effectively improve the students'satisfaction with the teaching.
