摘要
船-机-桨系统中三者的匹配状况,是保证主机性能、船舶航速及经济效益的重要因素。本文以某1333TEU集装箱船为例,通过柴油机负荷特性试验,判断出船—机—桨匹配不合理状况。对于批量生产专业发动机厂家,可以进行类似的负荷特性试验,对船一机—桨的匹配状况进行验证。
The matching of ship-engine-propeller system is an important factor to ensure the performance of main engine,ship speed and economic benefit.By taking a 1333 container ship as an example,the unreasonableness of the matching condition of the engine-propeller is judged by means of load characteristic test of diesel engine.Similar simulation experiments can be carried out for professional engine manufacturers in batch production in order to verify the matching status of engine-propeller.
