特制双头软毛牙刷对牙周病患者口腔健康状态的改善效果观察

Observation on improvement of oral health status of periodontal disease patients with special doublehead soft toothbrush

目的观察特制双头软毛牙刷对牙周病患者口腔健康状态的改善效果。方法70例牙周病患者,参照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组使用常规软毛牙刷刷试4周,观察组使用特制双头软毛牙刷刷试4周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、龈沟出血指数,拂刷前后舌苔薄厚比。结果观察组治疗总有效率为77.14%,高于对照组的54.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组菌斑指数(1.97±0.32)低于对照组的(2.51±0.42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙周袋深度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组龈沟出血指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。拂刷后,观察组舌苔薄厚比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特制双头软毛牙刷对牙周病患者口腔健康状态的改善效果优于常规软毛牙刷。

Objective To observe the improvement effect of oral health status of periodontal disease patients with special double-head soft toothbrush. Methods A total of 70 patients with special double-head soft toothbrush were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table, with 35 cases in each group. The control group used a conventional soft toothbrush for 4 weeks, and the observation group used a special double-head soft toothbrush for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, gingival sulcus bleeding index before and after treatment, and tongue coating thickness ratio before and after brushing were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 77.14%, which was higher than 54.29% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the plaque index(1.97±0.32) of the observation group was lower than(2.51±0.42) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the periodontal pocket depth of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After brushing, the tongue coating thickness ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Special double-head soft toothbrush can better improve the oral health of patients with periodontal disease than conventional soft toothbrush.
